This place was Awesome I Don't even have a pet. I went there to get something for my sister's dog they have a really good selection of stuff. I was surprised they had bday cards like really good ones for people with animals I'd recommend changing out the cards for sure...

We've been going to this store since they first opened, and they've always had a great selection of food, treats, and toys. The employees have always been so nice and super helpful whenever we've needed help with anything. Both our dogs enjoy every trip to the store, almost as much as the treats & toys they go home with!

Such wonderfully incredible staff! Always attentive and ready to help; proactive in asking if you need assistance. I came in looking for sales (X4 pet mom) and Oscar was amazing at helping me find what I needed and helped me on the phone afterwards when I had more questions. I have nothing but great experiences here :3

Ren's Pets in Liberty Village is a pet owner's paradise! The employees are incredibly attentive and wonderful with pets, making every visit a tail-wagging experience. With a massive inventory of items for sale, you'll find everything your pet needs and more. Plus, the prices are so great, you’ll be howling with joy. Ren's Pets is a fur-sure winner in pet care and shopping!

I can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff at Ren’s. Oscar is always a huge help and makes my pup feel welcome, and Afruz was patient and informative when I was looking for help choosing the best food for my picky pup. Biggie and me appreciate you guys so much :) I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Bella who is always so friendly and helpful and makes Biggie feel welcome and special when he comes in. She was very patient when helping us pick food for his sensitive tummy and we always feel super special and well looked after by her. Thanks Bella! <3

I love the Ren's in Liberty. I get all the essentials I need and the staff are super helpful. Had an AMAZING experience with Oscar, who went out of his way to ensure we got the assistance we needed. Recommend and a loyal customer.

Recently swing by Ren’s to take advantage of a great sale price on dog food. When I checked out there was a price discrepancy from instore vs online. The sales clerk and the store manager were both great! The managed the issue quickly and with fantastic customer service. In addition upon arriving at the store the clerk was engaging and helpful. Overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend this location. I will be back!

This team is amazing!!! Very courteous and polite. They are always ready to assist me with getting anything for my two dogs. They are also very knowledgeable. If they don’t have what I need they know what substitute would be the best. My dogs love them too ( and not only for the treats, lol). Keep up the excellent work!

I have never met a more personable staff in the many pet stores in & around Liberty Village than those at Ren's Pets! Alexis, Derrick, Bella, Oscar & all of the incredible staff, THANK YOU for always making Barkley feel welcome in your store over the past few years. Not only were we always greeted with a smile, but it made his day (and mine) to receive constant check-ins & attention. Coming to see you guys was hands down the best part of his walk! From knowing his dietary restrictions (no treat offerings), to always having his favourite pumpkin stocked (thanks Derrick!) to ensuring your furry customers were always safe (thanks Alexis for removing the water bowl in December when kennel cough was highly contagious!), you all constantly go above and beyond for your customers and for that, I will be forever grateful to each of you. After news of his passing, you even went out of your way to create a beautiful keepsake for me. Though Barkley is no longer with us, it warms my heart to know that you (and I) gave him his best life possible. Thank you, sincerely. Shyann & Barkley
